Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and health products, we do not accept returns unless:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

An incorrect product has been delivered.

To initiate a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The product has been opened or used.

The seal is broken.

The product is tampered with.

Refunds will be processed only in eligible cases:

Approved cancellations (before dispatch).

Verified damaged/defective/incorrect products.

Refund timeline:

Online payments: 5-7 business days to original payment method.

COD orders: 7-14 business days via bank transfer.

In most cases, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
